Your job responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining records by accurately recording day to day financial transactions
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Credit card, bank, cash deposit, merchant processing, and time sheet reconciliations
- Aircraft slot reconciliations
- Compile and process payroll
- Check and verify source documents such as invoices & receipts
- Health insurance management
- Quarterly common area maintenance invoicing

Product Sales Manager with sales leadership qualities and an assertive closing personality to grow with our sales and operations team. This is a multi-task position.
Initial product training, systems training, and cutting-edge sales coaching are provided in a positive, efficient, and professional office environment.
We are seeking a management candidate to grow with our business. The ideal candidate is above average intelligence, an excellent communicator, articulate, and willing to work hard to achieve personal, business, and financial goals.
In training, the candidate will undergo initial sales training for a 2 week period and spend an additional 6 weeks acting as a Senior Account Executive.
In a management capacity, the candidate will be expected to become directly responsible for a ten person team and indirectly responsible for a fifty person team.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience, qualifications, and education.

General Duties:
A Product Sales Manager that leads team of individuals on a special product or group of products. Responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction for the sales team. Is a product lifecycle manager who focuses on selling the product(s) individually and through a sales team: the manager motivates, trains and removes obstacles to sales as necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Develop the product and manage the product life cycle including developing sales process, scripts, identifying partners, developing processes and proactively resolving issues.
- Close product sales and help close product sales.
- Acquire new partners to fill service gaps and proliferate price competition in saturated markets.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure partner acquisitions have generated call leads.
- Be a role model on the sales floor, actively working with sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Develop extensive knowledge of the product. Innovate with new ideas and processes to maximize revenues, profit, and performance.
- Assist in scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist sales team in customer service issues.
- Be familiar with all procedures in order to process sales transactions accurately. Assist sales team in sales process.
- Be the first point of escalation for specific product sales issues and assist in resolving issues and managing daily tasks.
- Provide major assistance in developing creative incentives, promotions, and events that engage staff and prospects.
- Train and “certify” Sales Agents on products.
- Develop training material, advertising strategies, market research, profit tracking, company share analysis and financial projections.
- Be a positive team player and demonstrate collaborative skills.
- Hold regular meetings with sales team for continued and ongoing training and coaching.
- Be a team advocate to ensure Senior Management understand issues that are important to your product growth. Provide recommendations for improvement.

Account Executive (Inbound Sales) personnel with proven track records and aggressive closing personalities to grow with our sales and operations team. This is a multi-task position.
Initial product training, systems training, and cutting-edge sales coaching are provided in a positive, efficient, and professional office environment.
We offer two-week paid training followed by a base versus commission system. This is not your typical commission job. Above average agents typically earn $16-20/hour. Exceptional agents earn 60-80k per year.

The Sales Account Executive works exclusively in an office environment as an inbound salesperson. The Account Executive always works with the end goal of selling customers products while maintaining the highest quality standards. Account Executives are required to achieve a sales quota and perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Effectively sells to the customer's needs through the use of rapport building, probing for requirements, and recommending a complete package
- Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of all products, services, features, and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate

- Handles administrative aspects of the sale
- Reports to work on time and works scheduled hours
- Maintains consistent work ethic, productivity, and quality standards
- Follows established calling and reservation guidelines and procedures as provided by management
- Successfully completes all sales and manifest training programs that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time period
